软管泵的工作原理及应用：软管在泵体内呈U形布置。当旋转体带动挤压轮旋转时，挤压软管受到挤压轮的挤压而发生弹性变形，然后吸入口形成负压吸浆。通过挤压轮的推动，浆液从出料口排出，形成浆液的压力输送。工业软管泵主要应用于建筑、地下工程、矿山、食品、造纸、陶瓷等领域的粘性浆液远距离输送、计量泵送、压力灌浆、喷射等。
